As part of our Cloud Software offering on G-Cloud 9, Invotra offers four primary Software as a Service (SaaS) Services to its customers, enabling organisations of any size to evolve and grow.
Designed for the smaller team or department, with at least 100 employees.
Invotra Core has the foundations of an excellent intranet capability, with a people directory service included.
This is the perfect solution for teams that will be able to automatically provide their people data to Invotra via a simple API and connect Invotra to their own version of Google Analytics or Piwik. Extranet functionality is optional in Invotra Core.
Invotra Core is available for AWS only.
Designed for medium-sized department, with at least 1,000 employees.
Beyond the functionality of Invotra Core, Invotra Silver has the benefits of manuals functionality, web ticketing, custom content creation and distributed publishing.
With Invotra Silver, you’ll also be able to configure your own version of Invotra Search. Invotra Silver also comes with a fully hosted version of Piwik to manage the analytics yourself. Internet of Things (IoT) integration is optional in Invotra Silver.
Uptime is guaranteed at 98% for Invotra Silver.
Invotra Silver is available on AWS only.
Designed for medium-sized departments with at least 2,500 employees. In addition to everything you’d get with Invotra Silver, Invotra Gold provides Helpdesk email and phone support from 0700-1900 Monday through Friday.
Uptime is guaranteed at 99% for Invotra Gold.
Invotra Gold is available on both AWS and FCOs environments.
Invotra Platinum is designed for large departments and enterprises with a minimum of 5,000 employees. However, Invotra Platinum can scale to meet the needs of companies or departments with hundreds of thousands of users.
