Business Development Manager

We’re growing at pace and are looking for an accomplished Business Development Manager to join the team.

 

We are seeking the best of the best sales professional, with an established track record of application software sales success.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify prospects through lead generation, premise visits, networking and event attendance

  • Generate new accounts and close sales opportunities using your first class presentation, management and negotiation skills

  • Develop new client relationships and leverage existing and past client relationships to build and manage a sustained pipeline of opportunities

  • Develop proposals, respond to RFP's and conduct face-to-face sales presentations for prospective clients

  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects sufficient to meet quarterly/annual quota requirements

  • Maintain revenue and build new revenue within established account base

  • Navigate through complex negotiations at executive level

 

About you:

 

  • You are an experienced Sales professional with 4-6 years experience in the IT space, selling into either UK Government or UK Corporate sectors

  • Solution sales experience preferred

  • SaaS/CMS experience desired but not essential

  • Articulate, presentable, a great communicator, you can strengthen and grow relationships. Engagement is core to our offering
